Vitamins and supplements can make the world of difference in your health and wellbeing when you are taking them for the right reasons and with knowledge of what they can do for you.

It's important you always know what you are putting in your body.

A chemical filler is used in many vitamins and supplements in effort to save manufacturers money in their production cost.

This filler is at 2%, this is a very small amount and is usually harmless in most cases.

If you have an AUTOIMMUNE issue DO NOT use products with this filler.
 Here is why,
Magnesium stearate is toxic to a person with an AUTOIMMUNE Issue.

I have personally experienced this issue with pre - packaged supplements and now make my own by purchasing supplements in pure powder form and empty veggie capsule.


MAGNESIUM STEARATE or VEGETABLE MAGNESIUM STEARATE.

My personal experience with this chemical in supplements.

I did my research, I knew of Magnesium stearate and was aware it was a filler. No harm no foul, fillers are used in many things, I did not find any information stating it was harmful.

My past blood work showed positive for ANA. This was on going for a few years. The number stayed the same for many years.

I took action to attempt to remove this issue by researching what vitamins and supplements could help to rid this issue.

How can you treat something when medical professionals can't even diagnose it?

I went based on my symptoms.
Increasing my supplement intake for 5 months. Went in for blood work and felt very positive as most if not all my symptoms were gone. Blood work results came back with my A.N.A  results still positive with the number portion of this test more than doubled. This test was for Lupus, so I wanted the numbers gone.



Going back to a video by
Dr. M. Johnson, I often view it to refresh notes.

He clearly states in this video.
If you have an AUTOIMMUNE issue DO NOT take anything which contains MAGNESIUM STEARATE in it. It is toxic for anyone with an AUTOIMMUNE issue.

Then it hit me, this has to be the issue. I was eating a plant based diet. Drinking only water,  fruit and vegetable smoothies. I was active with a more than positive mindset. The only thing I changed, I added different supplements to my daily routine.

 


The only studies which have been done on MAGNESIUM STEARATE, are with lab rats and not humans.

FOODS



Corn, NOT healthy in fact any products with
corn, or corn syrup, stop using.
(Organic corn only)

Potatoes, chips or otherwise stop eating,
not healthy food.

Carrots are great and very healthy but not for a
person with lupus. Carrots can cause flare ups.

Kale another wonderful veggie but for someone
with Lupus, this can cause flare ups. 

Kale contains plenty of nutritional value.
Kale contains an ingredient that blocks the
absorption of fat in the guts

providing a natural fat blocker.
.
Okra, asparagus, and avocado are good on so many levels.

I recently discovered in my never ending research,
Mushrooms are not good for a person with lupus to eat,
if you eat them raw they can cause a flare up.
The key is figuring out what is good for your body.

1. Pay attention to everything you eat, how it
makes you feel like are you tired, restless, angry, etc.

2. Make a list of everything you eat including
the time of day you eat.

Check you food tolerance
Corn, rice, potato, coffee, grains, dairy, soy,
eggs, chicken. Gluten & wheat.

Gluten, dairy & soy cause inflammation.
Aspartate/Aspartame is a sugar substitute, it's in everything
& causes inflammation. It's in diet soda.
Packaged & processed foods,
fast foods are loaded with MSG,
this causes inflammation.

Maybe you have a sensitivity to metals,
aluminum and these chemicals can be found in many medications for anxiety, depression, etc.
You will also find these chemicals in packaged foods. This causes inflammation.

It's habits we must change in ourselves.

I started growing many veggies because the cost
is a bit much when you get into the swing of
just eating healthy foods.

I use different types of lettuce in my salads
with red peppers, white and red onions,
and cucumbers. Make the salad appealing
to you and it will be something you get used
to once you see and feel a difference in your body.
   Sweet potatoes/yams,  love these can't get enough of them. The best veggies to eat.

Mushrooms are good source of B-vitamins
(riboflavin, pantothenic acid, & niacin),
iron, and selenium. 

They have essentially
no fat and no cholesterol

Selenium is a great supplement to take especially if you have LUPUS





  PH LEVELS


   PH strips are great to have, you can test your water for acidity. I found out that my tap water had a higher PH level then the bottled water I was buying from the store.

You can test your saliva and urine also.

Key, is to get the best water which would be 9.5 or higher in PH level. This will help to remove the acidity. Keep in mind you have to change to a healthy diet. It's not easy but once you start to see the difference in how you feel, you will continue to eat healthy.
STOP EATING BROCCOLI

Broccoli is a  goitrogen

Goitrogens,
chemicals which suppress function of thyroid gland, this interrupts the iodine uptake.

A key mineral in making the thyroid hormone. If iodine uptake is blocked it will cause the thyroid to enlarge.
